The additional terminal program

A terminal operation on $B$ is not available to an observer restricted to $R$. To discuss it, explicitly grant a privileged controller access to the finite residual and add the program

x := Enter(B); dropBit(x); returnQ(R);

If $R$ is already hybrid, the return preserves its declared hybrid type. No live $B$ wire is silently omitted.
