With all outgoing qubits retained coherently, the observer can recover the whole code. With all of them read and only their classical record returned, Theorem thm:classical applies. The scheduled core can become blank, but the measurement apparatus in a complete dilation must still be accounted for.

The example is not an emission model selected by gravity. Its purpose is to demonstrate the exact instructions needed for the analogy. A separately prepared Gibbs ancilla could produce additional temperature-labelled records without changing this logical transfer argument.
