An endpoint certificate supplies:

  1. Code and complete preparation. A justified finite code, a specified preparation map, all ancillary purifications, and the external-reference task.

  2. Complete evolution. A complete unitary or isometric description including every lost output and measurement environment.

  3. Access-preserving output identification. A declared accessible output, its complete complement, and any proxy identifications. These identifications preserve the two sides separately; they do not mix accessible and inaccessible outputs.

  4. Complete-complement certificate. Exact replacement of the complete complement, or an explicit norm/Choi comparison proving approximate replacement on the whole code.
