Example: A fully numerical parameter certificate, without simulation

Take $m=15$, so $h=32768$, and $\zeta =1/200$. Condition (eq:jointsize) holds because $32768\ge 25600$. The vault has $19$ qubits and the cutoff emits $18$, leaving one. The early receiver register has $15$ qubits. On the positive-measure set of Theorem thm:joint, the decoder half-diamond error is at most $0.1$, equivalently the full diamond error is at most $0.2$.

This is an analytic existence example. It is not a sampled unitary, an executed decoder, or a hardware result.
