A limited sector-by-sector assembly theorem

This theorem does not recover coherent superpositions of a logical charge whose value is revealed to the residual. If two logical charge inputs have orthogonal residual supports, their residual distance is one, so every common replacement comparison has distance at least $1/2$. Off-diagonal logical matrix units and the physical charge decomposition must be checked.

Hawk05-C's direct-sum entropy calculation is an appropriate comparison Hawk05C; it is not a theorem identifying the sectors of a gravitational model.
