The coherent rank envelope is

Its balancing cut is $r = bh$ , when that cut is retained. It is not generally $r = b$ . Nor is it a balance between the augmented receiver dimension $r h$ and the residual dimension $b$ .

These dimension comparisons are not throat area, proper length, or quantum extremal surfaces.
