Independent stock-prepared sessions

This construction consumes $N{\log }_{2}h$ Bell pairs in total. It does not show that one Bell resource or one unreset vault serves $N$ payloads. Its $N^2$ allowance is a sufficient finite joint-error budget, not an asymptotic capacity or throughput optimum.

Laboratory occupancy depends on whether the sessions run in parallel or sequentially. The total stock of resource halves, retained outputs, supplier holdings, and workspaces must remain in the separate storage ledger.
