Noise, approximation, and reserved error headroom

A noisy returned channel need not itself be an isometry. Its operational report should therefore retain the ideal certificate and its comparison allowance, or supply a complete dilation including the noise environment. Omitting that environment does not establish actual complete-residual privacy.
