Remark: Deficit convention

Throughout, $\mu$ is the deficit, not the opening angle. In particular, $\alpha =\mu /(2\pi )$ would describe a different parametrisation. The Bessel orders in this paper are always $|n+\beta |/\alpha$ with $\alpha =1-\mu /(2\pi )$.
