Literature comparison

A direct comparison is available in Sriramkumar Sriramkumar2001, equations (2.10), (2.12), and (2.13). Its covariant angular component is

Set $\rho =r$, $\gamma =\beta$, and divide by $e$. Its periodic-gauge convention $D_{\phi }={\partial }_{\phi }+\mathrm{i}e{A}_{\phi }$, with $e{A}_{\phi }=\gamma$, is (eq:gaugecheck). Its symmetrized covariance uses coefficient $\mathrm{i}e/2$; our positive-frequency convention uses $\mathrm{i}$. The formulas therefore agree, including normalization and sign. Its opposite metric signature does not change this comparison of the explicitly defined lower-index component.

This checks an established coefficient, not the wider fluctuation calculations of that paper. The current literature also includes massive and finite-core models SitenkoVlasii2009,Bezerra2015. We import neither their core physics nor their Maxwell response. A comprehensive audit of all conventions and extensions in that literature is not claimed.
