The preceding theorem constructs the extension-selected spectral state and its local near-diagonal Hadamard form. It does not automatically extend the Friedrichs intrinsic finite-propagation theorem to every rotation-breaking boundary relation. The commutator is always the one belonging to the chosen extension.
