Preserved additions: the SAE change record

The SAE source's items D1–D6 are likewise retained:

1. Boundary data, a Krein correction, positivity, unstable extensions, projected constructions, scale-invariant closed forms, and scale-dependent integral representations are included.

2. The AKO and Filgueiras–Moraes comparisons and the SAE verification reports are retained.

3. Nonnegative non-Friedrichs product extensions move from “Open” in the predecessor ledger to constructed spectral states with evaluated observables or convergent evaluation formulas.

4. The established Friedrichs formulas are unchanged. Shifted arguments refer to an entire geometric branch, not to the globally periodic physical absolute-value mode sum.

5. Rotation-breaking $U(2)$ boundary conditions are admitted only after dropping rotation invariance, while retaining the spatial-product assumption.

6. Bibliographic access marks remain provenance statements; they are not a replacement for a formula-level comparison or an execution certificate.
