Finite reporting, evidence grades, and integrity

This is the finite interface discussed in CheungIB,CheungEn09,CheungO1ST. It reports installed words; it does not evaluate an unknown continuum covariance. The states $(|{\tau }_0⟩\pm |{\tau }_1⟩)/\sqrt{2}$ have identical outputs, so there is no universal left inverse. The record marginal also need not determine the surviving state.
