Declare a two-site scheduled block but choose its channel to be the identity. Its formal block ancestry includes both input sites for each output, although no cross-site influence occurs. Thus the scheduled region can strictly exceed the actual influence region. An entangled input does not invalidate the theorem, but comparing only individual marginals is insufficient for a claim involving joint outputs and references.
