Definition: Terminal observation

For an output of type ${\mathsf{Bit}}^{\otimes m}\otimes {\mathsf{Q}}^{\otimes k}$, $\mathrm{Obs}[\psi ,t]$ is the terminal law of the classical tuple. The quantum tuple remains returned and owned; this observation does not test its state. Purely classical output is included using the unit isomorphism.
