The constructed internal amplitude of XIV-I and the partial supported-sector reference of XIV-J concern different analytic objects from the finite matrix here CheungXIVI,CheungXIVJ. A finite linear certificate can compare already defined candidates in a completely parameterized correction class. It cannot define an absent distributional product.

The reconstruction-descent and extension interfaces of technical XV-B, version 2, likewise do not identify their correction spaces with the -label catalogue CheungXVB. The existence of that technical manuscript is distinct from opening the inherited downstream quantum-admission exit.

For this release, the supplied standing entries are unchanged:

\text{O.1}=\texttt{\detokenize{NOT_CLOSED}},\qquad
\text{XV-B admission exit: not opened},\qquad
\text{XVI-N: not discharged}.

These are release-specific documentary boundaries, not an independent audit of every version or differently scoped subsector. In particular, they do not deny the separate scoped two-point report recorded in XVI-Q, Q11 CheungStops.

No inherited quantum coefficient is admitted. No universal nonexistence theorem for all future characteristic constructions is asserted.
