Status	Meaning
$SEP$ -yes	A complete finite separator proves $m \in / C$ .
$SEP$ -no	A constant-coefficient identity proves $m \in C$ on all of $X$ .
$SEP$ -finite	An exact finite-family result is complete at its stated evaluation scope, without a global membership decision.
$SEP$ -open	The intended finite result itself lacks required evaluation, coverage, or verification.

The result here is $SEP$ -finite. The global question is not answered by that status.
