Three mathematical layers

The development separates:

1. Locked response functions. The action, external domain, and contact class determine $m,n_1,\dots ,n_{15120}$.

2. Evaluation contract. Exact inputs, quotient conventions, analytic controls, and complete coverage determine the meaning of an evaluated matrix.

3. Finite certificate. A complete encoding, two original columns, an original minor, and a fitting vector settle membership on the stated family.

None of these layers constructs an interacting quantum field theory or an apparatus.
