Developing coordinates and support margins

The strict margin in (eq:margin) gives a uniform zero collar. Thus a supported field extends smoothly by zero from the chart to the whole regular conical time slab. Differential equations satisfied in the chart remain satisfied across that collar.

Conversely, uniqueness below is asserted only in the declared supported class. It is not uniqueness among arbitrary conical solutions with unspecified incoming or singularity data.
