The coefficient conventions of the represented models are those of IV, version 1 CheungIV. They are restated below, and the operator, record, and interface arguments used in this paper are supplied here. I-B, En09-A, En03-A, En05-A, and En08-B are cited for provenance and comparison; their theorems are not silently substituted for the proofs below. Other companion manuscripts are documentary separations only.

The external analytic-vector theorem of Nelson Nelson is used, with its hypotheses checked. Page–Wootters conditioning PageWootters is discussed only through the precise finite conditional-evolution statement proved in Section sec:clock. It is not a claim of externally unscheduled quantum evolution.
