The construction gives a same-model distinction between:

Its finite normalized separator can serve as a benchmark for an implementation or a proposed deformation: changing the underlying admission topology, omitting the Cauchy term, or mistaking a precomputed label for acquired field data becomes an explicit, testable mathematical change.

The admission domain and its boundary-sensitive mechanism are attributed to IX-A. The present contribution is the supported conical transfer and the complete finite operational assembly. It does not claim that general distributional boundary methods, finite instruments, or SWAP transport are new.
