The analytic existence and rate of the parent finite part are the VII-D input, stated in Assumption ass:VIID. Its ultraviolet analysis, normalization ledger, profile integrals, and intersection estimates are not re-proved here. The carrier, intrinsic boundary traces, and nonconvergence theorem are IX-A inputs. The normal-topology obstruction and separated witness are VII-C inputs.

The new analytical transfer uses only the exact identity

and its finite-order Leibniz estimate. The residue-orbit proof uses the defining function and the positive parameter measure ; it does not rely on a new wavefront or radial analysis.

No all-graph ultraviolet estimate, quantum hypocontinuity theorem in , or complete coherence theorem is claimed. No second-order geometric insertion, retarded product, switched realization, or connection to a conical construction is introduced.
