Even if Theorem thm:scalarfactor yields an algebraic map, Proposition prop:scalarcontinuity proves its continuity along the named generating test family, not automatically in the subspace topology of ${\mathcal{L}}_2\times \mathcal{B}$. No quotient-topology identification has been proved. No hypocontinuity theorem in ${\tau }_{\Sigma }$ is asserted.
