This is the finite instrument used in I-B and En09-A IB,En09. It consumes the clock encoding, not the geometric time coordinate.

A certificate catalogue has finitely many entries in one experiment, each recording, for example,

Real parameters and smooth tests are stored by declared finite descriptions or approximations. No universal finite-bit encoding of arbitrary reals or functions is asserted. One stage tag does not create another geometric clock.
