The locked kernel has an explicitly evaluated imaginary part, supported away from the spatial apex on the direct null cone and the observation-spacelike region between the direct and reflected cones. Both the direct cosine contribution and the reflected cosine contribution are essential: their tails cancel beyond the reflected cone.
On IX-E's strongly separated two-way witness class the resulting commutator is exactly zero, as a distribution and as an actual functional on every allowed configuration. This closes that class without qualification. The explicit nonzero spacelike control shows why observation separation alone cannot replace actual functional-support ordering.
No fixed-domain obstruction is established. A domain-wide conclusion requires the actual functional-support bridge, with the sharp adjoint surface term retained and actual-presentation cancellations controlled. Even universal commutator vanishing would not construct a time-ordered extension or discharge the remaining actual-relation and analytic obligations.
The release is therefore Unresolved at complete two-way commutator coverage. The evaluated kernel, the settled witness class, and the remaining support question are now separately visible without reconstructing the series.
