Actual support ordering

For actual functionals, retain IX-E's definition

Causal relations include null relation and coincidence.

Both orderings hold exactly when no point of one actual functional support is causally related in either direction to a point of the other. Indeed, the first ordering excludes one direction and the second excludes the reverse. In particular, double ordering excludes intersection of the actual supports.
