The next construction step is no longer scalar relation evaluation or two-edge admission. It is:
prove that the sums and the second coefficients annihilate the concrete degree-four relation kernels;
determine the actual-pair and old-domain intersections;
prove coefficient agreement on those intersections, including intersections with already glued sums;
invoke the four-order coherence and reversal results only after those maps exist;
prove F9b separately only if actual-stage continuity is claimed.
An explicit relation with zero actual presentation and nonzero prescribed value would obstruct that prescription. To obtain the Proved obstructed release for the copied contract, every permitted alternative would have to be excluded. A failure of this canonical graph candidate alone would not suffice.
