Remark: A demonstrated finite access change

Removing the $R_2$ receiver edge changes the channel from an exactly recoverable one to an entanglement-breaking coefficient channel. This is a proved dependence on the finite access graph. It is not a dependence on a derived metric or a marked-point collision on $E$.
