Model specification: Declared score and repeated experiments

Fix the truth table $f$, the ideal kernel (eq:fourmatrix), and the score

Perform $N$ independent attempted experiments. Every attempt must be scored by the predeclared rule; no success-only postselection or unaccounted stopping is allowed.

The score uses the already known ideal posterior table. It is not an estimator of an unknown conditional entropy from a single observed conditional label.
