The unconditional results below concern explicitly specified models:
a flag-controlled CNOT growth circuit;
a Poisson random-Clifford support process and its finite-volume large-dimension comparison;
a local independent-pair quench and its declared entropy-cost optimization;
a monitored version of that quench, for which the exact exponential interface fails;
a serial teleportation timing contract and a counterexample to its unrestricted concurrent extension;
finite-volume, channel-error, preparation-error, and statistical transfer bounds.
These are not identifications of unspecified quantum models. Constructing an engineered example proves existence within its specified class; it does not prove universality.
