Submission claim

The submission supported by the proofs is a paper about explicit interfaces, examples, comparison bounds, and obstructions. It is not a proof that all four original general-purpose quantum bridges have been completed. Replacing an unresolved mapping by a conditional theorem would not complete it; replacing a generic model by an engineered example must be declared, as it has been throughout this paper.
