Thereafter, at a site-one ring, sample the new spin with mean $a{\sigma }_2$; at a site-two ring, sample with mean $a{\sigma }_1$. This writes the finite stochastic mechanism without appealing to Em04-A, Hawk02-E, or En07-C for the couplings or clocks.
