Changes in version 2

The user-supplied report (30).txt is incorporated as a reported execution of the version-1 supplementary script ExecutionReport. This revision:

1. records the parameters, reported coverage counts, and exact first-repetition certificate endpoints;

2. corrects the identity upper-endpoint approximation from “approximately $0.8225$” to approximately $0.8226864813$;

3. proves that no dataset at the reported sample count can satisfy the $0.1$ acceptance threshold;

4. distinguishes allowed statistical noncoverage from numerical bracketing errors and from failure of a coverage theorem;

5. supplies a diagnostic reporter and optional threshold and arithmetic tests, without asserting execution of those additions.
