What remains outside the certificate

Completion of the finite certificate does not establish:

1. verification of the complete external 276-01 entropy proof;

2. a completed formal proof from the inspected Comparator target;

3. arbitrary-partner additivity from same-channel additivity;

4. optimality of decoding by separate measurements;

5. a quantum-capacity or secret-key-capacity formula;

6. additivity for all channels;

7. a Page curve, island, horizon, gravity-generated-entanglement test, or exclusion of classical gravity.

These are scope boundaries, not a claim that future work on any of them is logically forbidden until this manuscript exists.
