En02-A's one-shot instrument ledger prices a specified dilation and readout through its branch Choi ranks CheungEn02A ({thm:Dprime}). That ledger does not provide:

  • a length-uniform generator;

  • a decomposition into the frozen exact gate set;

  • a worst-case time bound for a controller;

  • an order-finding procedure.

A general Stinespring unitary is not automatically an exact finite word over the frozen alphabet.

For the certificate here, the ledger is explicit instead: initialized output qubits, three initialized scratch qubits, four input qubits, and listed gates. No hidden environmental register is required to implement this permutation.

En02-B's certificate discipline requires the actual programme, complete maps, and live-register accounting CheungEn02B ({thm:B1}). It does not construct the order trial by serving as a template.
