An abstract factoring theorem can be relevant to cryptographic assumptions. A finite benchmark for , however, provides no implementation of a large-key attack, no fault-tolerant device, no runtime estimate for a deployed key, and no operational breach.

The statement “existing devices factor” is not a conclusion of this manuscript. Neither is the broader assertion that factoring would have no cryptographic consequences. The absent claim is a demonstrated cryptographic break from this certificate.
