Complete scores, conditional trials, and allowances

For each tested label $\lambda$ and setting $j=x,y,z$, let $n_{\lambda j}\ge 1$ be fixed before validation data are observed. Scores

are assigned to every attempted trial, including loss, rejection, or analyzer failure. Their scoring rule is predeclared.
