Assumption: Ordered one-slot streaming class

Carriers arrive in order $1,2,3$. A carrier must enter the apparatus before being operated on. At most one quantum system of qubit capacity is live in the apparatus at a time. No quantum scratch space, intermediate quantum output, preshared entangled ancilla, or access to the validation reference is available. Arbitrary classical memory and arbitrary permitted single-qubit instruments are allowed. A consumed carrier leaves only its classical history.
