The mathematical checks needed for the ideal layer are already discharged by the proofs:

A separately executed verification package should:

  1. construct (eq:Vmatrix) independently of (eq:encircuit) and compare the exact matrices;

  2. test all four logical matrix units for every one of the single-block regions;

  3. construct each from the printed leg permutations;

  4. verify every decoder on its entire input space, including off-support and failure branches;

  5. independently check the branch Kraus operators of (eq:streamgates);

  6. compare complete flagged-erasure channels with (eq:erasureoptimum);

  7. check the normalization and both sequential orientations of (eq:Wpatch);

  8. bind raw validation records, setting labels, attempted-trial counts, scoring rules, decoder versions, and audits to the reported intervals;

  9. preserve software versions, tolerances, raw outputs, and failures;

  10. compile the document until cross-references stabilize and inspect the resulting PDF.

Floating-point agreement alone is not an exact proof or a laboratory calibration. These instructions are not execution reports.
