A triple on each side supports exact recovery of ${\mathcal{T}}_{\mathrm{hyb}}$: use the full-bulk decoder of Theorem thm:patch and then dephase the returned $S$ register. The target preserves sector labels and within-sector quantum information, but not coherence between $s=0$ and $s=1$.
