Definition: Independent operational completion

Fix any declared Ward, scaling, or modular record. An independent finite completion appends an isometry $W:C\to R\otimes B$ without a physical identification theorem connecting it to that record.

An operational quantity is determined by the record alone only if it has the same value in every such completion with the logical and output dimensions fixed.
