Proposition: Fixed scaling data do not select an entropy history

A fixed scaling or Ward record does not determine the entropy history of an independently appended finite release process.

Proof. Append qubits $B,R_1,R_2,R_3$, all initially zero, and release $R_j$ at tick $j$.

One completion uses identity evolution, giving accessible-prefix entropy $(0,0,0)$.

Another first prepares a Bell pair on $B{R}_1$, then swaps $B$ with $R_2$, and finally performs identity. Its accessible-prefix entropy is $(1,0,0)$.

The initial spaces, preparation, release dimensions, and original record agree. Only the independently supplied evolution differs.
