Optional bounded-score validation

Independence between coordinates is unnecessary for the union bound. Unaccounted adaptive stopping is not covered. The deterministic bridge allowance $b_k$ is added to the statistical radius, not inferred from the data.

The theorem is frequentist coverage, not a posterior probability conditional on acceptance. Positive finite radii certify tolerance, not exact equality. The bounded-statistic architecture is consistent with the scoped validation contracts in En01-B and Oai265-B CheungEn01B,CheungOai265B.

No field measurement bridge, calibration, score dataset, or laboratory execution is supplied here. An unbounded field smear cannot be treated as a bounded score merely by rescaling it.
