The supplied Oai290-A record distinguishes an exact finite-channel criterion from a modular-band witness under its own centralizer and spectral hypotheses CheungOai290A,Dossier. The latter needs its specified algebra, state, centralizer, operator, modular action, averaging, and band conditions.

A null-cut modular inclusion does not automatically verify those conditions. In Proposition prop:standard, for example, the faithful-state centralizer contains the diagonal algebra and is not scalar.

The reported Lean note names Family 290-02 only Dossier. It is not evidence that the lemma has been instantiated on the modular objects of Family 282. No such instantiation or checker execution is asserted.
