A tensor-free comparison, proved locally

This is the finite-interface comparison stated in En05-C CheungEn05C. It compares already declared algebras and maps. It does not construct a local net, a stress tensor, a Ward current, or a conformal action. A restricted preparation class need not separate the algebra and cannot replace the universal state quantifier without another theorem.
