A transport interpretation supplies:
a finite timed network and its actual source, receiver, memory, controller, and oracle-access locations;
named complete encoding, communication, oracle, computation, and decoding channels, with compatible interfaces;
a proof that each elementary operation is available in the declared supplied geometric relation;
endpoint coordinates, clock calibration, arrival records, and the topology in which arrival approximation is claimed;
complete returned-output and inaccessible-environment declarations, with all flags retained;
a branchwise laboratory peak, external-storage ledger, classical table ledger, gate and call counts, durations, and all error and calibration allowances.
A circuit skeleton with unspecified oracle duration or support does not satisfy this contract.
