For a fixed component in the unchanged carrier, no sequence of its comparable endpoint differences can approximate an entire nonzero Lorentz-null boundary of dimension at least three.

Proof. The set of such differences is finite and hence closed. Every convergent sequence in it is eventually constant. The nonzero Lorentz-null boundary contains infinitely many points.
