Definition: Three-ledger contract

The following ledgers are separately declared.

1. Complete-data ledger. The code $C$, the preparation class, all reference systems, and the target quantum channel, effect, or bounded observable. If a physical or gravitational interpretation is intended, its identification map and validity class are additional entries.

2. Accessible ledger. The quantum output $A$, collection operations, available instruments, decoder, schedule, and resource restrictions. A classical record is not silently promoted to a surviving quantum output.

3. Complement ledger. The complete $B$ in the same dilation, including preparation purifiers and every unreturned output. A selected residual marginal is not substituted for $B$.
