Complete-complement quantitative bounds
Complete-complement quantitative bounds · lines 1002–1009
A nonconstant finite complement always has some such positive witness: if it agreed on all states, linearity and the spanning property of states would make it a replacement channel. This establishes exact nonrecoverability, but a small positive need not obstruct a prescribed positive error threshold.
