The proposed programme contains three mathematically different layers:

  1. Operational and representation layer. A declared quantum-process family, its accessible intervention statistics, and an extracted event order are represented by a faithful generated affine cone.

  2. Boundary identification layer. An independently justified observation rule identifies a complete zero-frequency same-patch Dirichlet-to-Neumann energy form with the operational data. An inverse theorem, on a specified coefficient class, then identifies a Riemannian metric and possibly a unitary connection modulo their actual invariances.

  3. Transport and dynamics layer. Additional resources realize quantum transport under a separately calibrated geometric interpretation. Additional metric-jet and source rules are needed for any dynamical comparison.

An implication between these layers requires a printed mapping theorem. Similar terminology is not such a theorem.
